I am either to pay 130.00 tomorrow,or go to court about it tomorrow night. NJ. I didn’t reinspect my car cos I needed an oil pan gasket, and then steering belts, and other things. It cost me hundreds of dollars, and I live on less than 800 a month disability. It took me months to get the car fixed, but I failed for engine light on, emissions. I don’t have the 130 to pay it. Could I get a reduced fee if I explaine or no? How many times can I get the same ticket? Do I get points on my license for this ticket. Please help, I’m really scared.
