I know that you get the liberty ticket from the mystery gift section but its not there anymore, i just got a new pokemon instead. I read somewhere it had expired, is this the case? And if so is there anywhere else to get the ticket or to get on the boat/ get victini?

I am looking at downloading the GTA4 police 0.95 RC2 mod and it is only 5mb zipped? I have no other mods, is this just an update as it seems too small?
I have never used a mod before, except once for MS Flight simulator for a plane skin and it was a hasle to install and change/replace files everywhere then it didn’t work properly (the plane skin would appear then disappear and certain screen controls disappeared).

Anyway, My friend Hannah(She’s 11. I’m 13)She LOVES Unicorns & Mermaids, in which I don’t have the slightest interest in. Well one day, she had this cute picture of a unicorn and a girl as her Skype profile pic(my profile pic that I mentioned) and i’m like, despite the fact that it’s a unicorn pic, it’s cute! She told me that she was going to change it. So I asked, “Can I have that one for my Skype profile?” When she said no, I asked why, she said, and I quote:
“Because I feel special being the only one in class(she’s in the same grade/class as me and it’s only 16 people! School system is different)who likes Unicorns. It’s not COOL if you have the same pic as someone else already used before!”
About a couple weeks later, I used that as my facebook profile pic. She never told me not to use it on fb, she just said no to Skype, so I didn’t think she would make such a big deal about it. I was wrong. (She doesn’t have fb)Another girl in my class (Reina) saw it and told Hannah.(I don’t see the point of that action)
Well, Hannah got pissed.(excuse my language) I asked her why she was so upset about it. She told me that I went behind her back and did what she told me not to do. I told her that she never mentioned Facebook, and that I didn’t interpret the fact that she didn’t want me to use it on any online site kinda thing. ” She told me “Well NORMAL PEOPLE interpret that it means ANY site!And I forgot to say Facebook ’cause we were Skyping! So it’s like you got away with it. Besides the picture is not you-ish”
So what???
Is she just being immature like always? Once she asked me to help in something I wasn’t allowed to because it was about logic, and it was a preparation for MS and HS. And she knew that. When I told her that I can’t, she was like, “UGH! Why are you like that? So…mature! No one will know if you won’t tell!”) Funny thing is, she got a bad score and I got a 100. Sorry, I’m bragging. OR, was I wrong?

I am an asian senior in high school and I just had about the worst prom experience… It wasn’t because I was a loser or that I have been bullied at my school, I actually had a lot of friends from my soccer team going with me with a limo and all that, the only problem was my date… The whole story is, I started to talking to this girl (a fellow asian girl) in my gov class when the teacher sat me next to her. I’ve seen her around before in school for the past 3 years but I never really talked to her or conversed. But now, we actually started talking and we got close. I even got her number and we texted and hung out a couple of times. Prom was approaching and my friends suggested that I ask her. I was thinking about that too. So I tell her friends that I plan to ask her and they support it all the way. They even hinted it to her that I wanted to ask and they told me, she was actually really down to go with me. They just said she wished that I was just a little taller (which made sense to me, since asian girls really treat height pretty importantly). So I do a cute lunch area proposal with a poster and she gets all embarrassed, but says yes. I am happy. We continue to talk and text, but one day suddenly she kind of is quiet towards me. I just shrug it off but soon, she completely acts all awkward and cold towards me. I would approach her and try to talk to her, but she would completely shut me off, by ignoring me or just shrugging. To make it even worse, she talks to my friends like they’ve been best buds, but as soon as I come over, she leaves… I try to ask her to hang out, she makes lame excuses, I already paid for her ticket and she didnt even thank me, and when prom came around, I felt like total strangers. She agreed to at least take a picture with me, but it was really awkward. When I asked her to dance, she quickly said no and walked away fast back to her friends. All of my other friends went to their own after-prom parties, and suites and I just ended up taking a cab home. I didn’t even get a good bye hug. Just a measly half-*** wave. I know this is all over but Im just so furious and frustrated. Last month of High School and I’m leaving on a bad experience, I just want to know why she acted like this all of a sudden. I just can’t comprehend this at all. We were close and comfortable before the prom proposal. WHY DID SHE ALL OF SUDDEN TURN INTO A SUPER B****?! I honestly believe I did anything to make her feel uncomfortable or suddenly change. I wasn’t creepy towards her and didn’t claim she was my gf or w.e. I just told people when they asked, that she was my prom date. Thats all I said.
